Principles first. Products second. Money later.

Useful technology, made with love and responsibility.

teJai Technologies LLC is built by one family with a simple belief: software should reduce confusion, protect human judgment, and serve real people. Principles guide the work. Products serve people. Money follows only after trust, usefulness, and service.

the family studio

Born from love. Built for purpose.

teJai Technologies and its products are the work of Mr. Tejas Thummala, Founder & CEO/CIO; Mrs. Lavanya Kunduru, Co-Founder & CTO (Computer Engineer & Yoga Instructor); and Dr. Sunil Thummala, Co-Founder & CMO (Neurologist & Certified Yoga Teacher): a family building software for the world with the care we would want for our own people. Our products begin with lived problems, not trends.

We were raised to believe that good products follow when the foundation is right: compassion before cleverness, usefulness before vanity, honesty before shortcuts, and integrity when no one is watching. Those lessons come from parents, family, and a long Indian/Vedic tradition of service, discipline, and respect for truth.

We do not believe money, name, fame, or luxury should be the first drivers of work. If the work is honest, helpful, and grounded in dharma, money can arrive in its own time without becoming the goal.

our center

Technology should feel like help, not noise.

We build for moments where people need clarity: a patient trying to understand health signals, an umpire reviewing evidence, a family or team trying to make better decisions. AI is powerful, but it should stay humble enough to explain itself.

Happiness, honesty, and helping others belong together. That is not a slogan for us; it is the operating system of the family.
Mr. Tejas Thummala

Founder & CEO/CIO

The son of Dr. Sunil Thummala and Mrs. Lavanya Kunduru, Mr. Tejas Thummala is a burgeoning athlete, cricketer, yoga teacher, and technology enthusiast who wants the world to feel more blissful, useful, and fair for everyone.

Mrs. Lavanya Kunduru

Co-Founder & CTO (Computer Engineer & Yoga Instructor)

As a holistic mother, Mrs. Lavanya emphasized that happiness, honesty, and helping others move together, and that character matters more than money, name, fame, or luxury.

Dr. Sunil Thummala

Co-Founder & CMO (Neurologist & Certified Yoga Teacher)

Dr. Sunil Thummala brings board-certified neurology, decades of patient care, yoga discipline, and a belief that technology should protect human dignity.

company credo

Principles are primary.

Compassion, honesty, integrity, usefulness, and respect for truth come first. They must be visible in the product, the pricing, the privacy choices, and the support experience.

Products serve people.

We build products only when they can reduce confusion, support better judgment, or make daily life clearer, calmer, safer, or more capable.

Money follows service.

Revenue matters because useful products must survive. It should follow trust, usefulness, and service, never lead them.

product constellation

Focused apps under one design philosophy.

Each product has its own job, audience, and Firebase environment. The shared thread is careful AI, clear UX, privacy-aware design, and respect for the person using it.

In development Cricket review

Cricket Video Analysis: Umpire

A local-first umpire video review app with frame stepping, co-umpire capture, observer access, technical trajectory support, and optional AI analysis. Built to support fair decisions, not replace the umpire.

Submission prep Video inspection

Video Frame Lab

A precision video review app for frame-by-frame inspection, visual filters, audio/motion/detail cues, start and stop frame marking, review strips, and user-controlled clip export.

Live site Health journal

Symptom Journal

A careful journaling and symptom-tracking experience for people who need to remember what happened, notice patterns, and explain their health story more clearly.

Live site BP insights

Blood Pressure Unlocked

A protocol-aware blood pressure logging and analysis app that turns SYS, DIA, and HR readings into trends, graphs, statistics, CSV backup, and clinician-ready PDF reports while staying local-first and educational only.

Live site Adaptive protection

RakShield

A personal adaptive phone protection app with Pickup Lock, Full Shield, AI-assisted sound detection, PIN disarm, and local-first privacy for moments when your device is nearby but attention is elsewhere.

Coming soon Clinical vision tools

Pupillometer

A focused measurement and review tool for pupil-related capture workflows. Built with the same teJai principles: careful UX, transparent limits, and privacy-aware architecture.

Studio Custom builds

Applied AI systems

Product strategy, Firebase architecture, AI workflow design, mobile app prototyping, and review tools for teams that need more than a chatbot wrapper and want values embedded in the system.

flagship proof, not the whole story

Flojas is our flagship. The wider ecosystem is the company.

Flojas began with a family health crisis and a refusal to keep watching important signals go unused. It is our clearest single proof that teJai does not build AI for spectacle. But teJai is not one app. Flojas leads the way while Blood Pressure Unlocked, RakShield, Cricket, Symptom Journal, Pupillometer, and future tools extend the same principles into other careful workflows.

The promise is simple and demanding: intelligence, fun, privacy, no compromise. Not a template. Not a chatbot. A coach that reads real signals, adapts when life happens, and keeps the user in control.

capabilities

01

AI workflow design

Prompt contracts, structured outputs, confidence language, review screens, and fallbacks for when evidence is weak.

02

Mobile and web apps

Flutter, modern web, Firebase, cloud functions, payments, activation codes, and deployment pipelines.

03

Human review systems

Frame-by-frame evidence, local-first storage, audit trails, export flows, and UI that makes uncertainty visible.

04

Product storytelling

Marketing pages, onboarding, Play Store assets, privacy copy, and brand systems that feel consistent across products.

how we build

Structural commitments, not marketing language.

Flojas taught us to write down what must stay true before the interface gets beautiful. Every teJai product should have a clear source of truth, named promises, honest limitations, and privacy choices that are enforced by architecture.

01

Principles before scale

No hidden agenda, no manipulative growth loops, no product choices that turn user trust into a resource to extract.

02

Signal-first design

Data should read in seconds, not minutes. Interfaces should inform without overwhelming, and remove noise instead of decorating it.

03

Protected by architecture

Privacy should be built into how the system works: local-first when possible, intentional uploads, named processors, clear export and deletion paths.

04

AI that admits uncertainty

Good AI can support a coach, a patient, an umpire, or a reviewer. It should never pretend weak evidence is strong evidence.

principles

What we were taught becomes what we build.

These are not decorative values. They are product requirements. Every teJai app should make the user's life clearer, calmer, safer, or more capable.

Compassion.

Every product starts with the person on the other side of the screen. The goal is to reduce burden, not show off complexity.

Utility with restraint.

Beautiful software still has to be useful. We prefer clear action, honest feedback, and tools that earn a place in daily life.

Honesty and integrity.

When evidence is weak, the interface should say so. When AI is uncertain, it should be visible. Trust is built in the details, not in marketing promises.

Have a careful product to build?

We are especially interested in products where AI has to respect context: health, coaching, review, evidence, workflow, and specialty tools that need taste, care, and engineering discipline. We want to build products where doing the right thing is part of the product architecture.
