Principles first. Products second. Money later.

Useful technology created with love, purpose, and responsibility.

teJai Technologies LLC is a family-built software studio creating products that bring clarity, protect human judgment, and serve real people. We build with trust, usefulness, and service at the center, because technology without those values can harm more than help.

the family studio

Born from love. Built for purpose.

teJai Technologies LLC is built by a family: Mr. Tejas Thummala, Mrs. Lavanya Kunduru, and Dr. Sunil Thummala. We bring together technology, medicine, yoga, sport, and lived experience to build with the care we would want for our own loved ones. Our work begins with real problems, not trends.

We believe good products need the right foundation: compassion before cleverness, usefulness before vanity, honesty before shortcuts, and integrity even when no one is watching. These values come from our parents, our family, and the Indian/Vedic tradition of service, discipline, and respect for truth.

Money, recognition, fame, and luxury should never be the first drivers of work. When the work is honest, helpful, and grounded in dharma, success can come in its own time without becoming the reason we serve.

our center

Technology should feel like help, not noise.

We build for moments when people need clarity: a patient reading health signals, an umpire reviewing evidence, a family trying to remember what happened, or a team making a careful decision. AI is powerful, but it should stay humble enough to explain itself.

Happiness, honesty, and helping others belong together. That is not a slogan for us; it is the operating system of the family.

company credo

Principles guide the work.

Compassion, honesty, integrity, usefulness, and respect for truth must be visible in the product, the pricing, the privacy choices, and the support experience.

Products reduce confusion.

We build only when a product can support better judgment or make daily life clearer, calmer, safer, or more capable.

Trust comes before growth.

Revenue matters because useful products must survive, but it should follow trust, usefulness, and service, never lead them.

product constellation

Focused apps under one design philosophy.

Each product serves a specific human need. Together, they share one design philosophy: careful AI, clear interfaces, privacy-aware architecture, and respect for the person using the tool.

In development Cricket review

Cricket Video Analysis: Umpire

Cricket Umpire helps umpires review difficult moments with frame stepping, shared capture, observer access, trajectory support, and optional AI analysis. It supports fair decisions without replacing human judgment.

Live Video inspection

Video Frame Lab

Video Frame Lab helps reviewers inspect video carefully, frame by frame. It supports clearer decisions with visual filters, precise marking, review strips, and user-controlled clip export.

Live site Health journal

Symptom Journal

Symptom Journal helps people remember what happened, notice patterns, and explain their health story more clearly when memory alone is not enough.

Live site BP insights

Blood Pressure Unlocked

Blood Pressure Unlocked helps people turn blood pressure readings into trends, graphs, statistics, backups, and clinician-ready reports while staying local-first and educational.

Live site Adaptive protection

RakShield

RakShield helps protect a phone when it is nearby but attention is elsewhere. Pickup Lock, Full Shield, PIN disarm, and local-first privacy make protection simple and visible.

Coming soon Clinical vision tools

Pupillometer

Pupillometer is a focused tool for pupil-related capture and review workflows. It is designed for careful measurement, transparent limits, and privacy-aware use.

Studio Custom builds

Applied AI systems

Applied AI Systems helps teams design products where AI must respect context, uncertainty, privacy, and human review from the beginning.

flagship proof, not the whole story

Flojas is our flagship. The wider ecosystem is the company.

Flojas began with a family health crisis and a refusal to keep important signals unused. It is our clearest proof that teJai builds AI to serve, not impress. The same care now guides Blood Pressure Unlocked, RakShield, Cricket Umpire, Symptom Journal, Video Frame Lab, Pupillometer, and future tools.

The promise is simple and demanding: useful intelligence, clear limits, strong privacy, and control that stays with the user.

capabilities

01

AI workflow design

Prompt contracts, structured outputs, confidence language, review screens, and fallbacks for when evidence is weak.

02

Mobile and web apps

Flutter, modern web, Firebase, cloud functions, payments, activation codes, and deployment pipelines.

03

Human review systems

Frame-by-frame evidence, local-first storage, audit trails, export flows, and UI that makes uncertainty visible.

04

Product storytelling

Marketing pages, onboarding, Play Store assets, privacy copy, and brand systems that feel consistent across products.

how we build

Built on promises the product must keep.

Before a product becomes beautiful, we define what must stay true. Every teJai product should have a clear source of truth, honest limitations, and privacy choices enforced by architecture.

01

Principles before scale

No hidden agenda, no manipulative growth loops, no product choices that turn user trust into a resource to extract.

02

Signal-first design

Data should read in seconds, not minutes. Interfaces should inform without overwhelming, and remove noise instead of decorating it.

03

Protected by architecture

Privacy should be built into how the system works: local-first when possible, intentional uploads, named processors, clear export and deletion paths.

04

AI that admits uncertainty

Good AI can support a coach, a patient, an umpire, or a reviewer. It should never pretend weak evidence is strong evidence.

principles

What we were taught becomes what we build.

These are not decorative values. They are product requirements. Every teJai app should make the user's life clearer, calmer, safer, or more capable.

Compassion.

Every product starts with the person on the other side of the screen. The goal is to reduce burden, not show off complexity.

Utility with restraint.

Beautiful software still has to be useful. We prefer clear action, honest feedback, and tools that earn a place in daily life.

Honesty and integrity.

When evidence is weak, the interface should say so. When AI is uncertain, it should be visible. Trust is built in the details, not in marketing promises.

Building something that needs care?

We are especially interested in products where AI must respect context: health, coaching, review, evidence, workflow, and specialty tools. We want to build systems where doing the right thing is part of the architecture.
